After graduating with a Ph.D. in cognitive psychology from Ohio State, Zach has taken a number of international product optimization roles. The common thread among Zach’s roles has been to communicate directly with consumers to improve the product experience at all touch points — from the shelf to the home — including billion dollar brands like Dove, Vaseline, Marlboro, and, most recently, Netflix.
