As a member of the senior management team, Kacy develops and leads advertising research and consulting initiatives for Fortune 100 advertisers including MillerCoors, HP and others. Her comprehensive advertising and consumer studies research produces actionable recommendations to promote ROI, advertising impact and brand optimization. In addition to studying design, management and analysis, Kacy works closely with the Communicus Analytics Group, developing advanced analytical tools to isolate the effectiveness of different elements within client advertising and integrated marketing communication programs. She is also responsible for implementing and executing process improvement consulting and business development initiatives.
Kacy was a finalist for the 2014 Next Gen Market Research Disruptive Innovator Award, which recognizes companies and individuals that have demonstrated outstanding leadership as change agents and contributors to harnessing disruptive innovation to drive research industry progress.
Kacy has previously served as a Project Manager and Project Director at Communicus. Her insightful analysis and expertise counsel promoted her to Senior Account Director. Kacy’s special skills in data visualization and storytelling have proven to be instrumental in Communicus’ advertising optimization tools. She is an established expert in Hispanic advertising and research. This area of study has been of strong interest across the national consumer market and her profound knowledge has enabled Communicus to lead thorough case study research.
Kacy is also well versed in social media, providing a valuable voice to clients on rising non-traditional media platforms. Kacy graduated from the University of Southern California with a Bachelor’s degree in Product & Brand Management.
